How Does This Work?
The New Rule
Bilt now uses a two-tier reward system.
1.
Bilt charges a 3% fee when you pay rent with the card.
2.
Your other card spending earns 4% Bilt Cash, which covers that fee.
3.
If your Bilt Cash covers the full 3% fee, you pay $0 out of pocket and earn 1X points on rent.
You need $30 Bilt Cash per $1,000 rent to cover the fee and earn points.
All calculations on this site are net of the 3% fee.
